 Dan Fullerton
Interim Pastor

Dan was born in Swan River, MB, Canada where he grew up and graduated from the Swan River Collegiate Institute.

 He graduated in 1972 from the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, SK, Canada, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He is a 1976 graduate of North Park Theological Seminary (Chicago, IL) and attained his Master of Theology degree in Biblical from Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, VA in 1977. Dan completed his Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, CA in 1991.

 Dan actively served congregations for 32 years. He served Gateway Covenant Church in Prince Albert, SK from 1977 to 1987. He served Audubon Park Covenant in Orlando, FL from 1987 to 1993 and served the Fairmont Evangelical Covenant in Fairmont, MN from 1993 to 2009. Dan is currently on the faculty of Arts and Science at Presentation College, Fairmont, MN and serving at the Rochester Covenant Church in an interim position.

 Dr. Daniel E. Fullerton, and his wife Dawn, currently reside in Fairmont, MN. Together they are the proud parents of three children: Amy, Bethany and Jamison.

 In addition to teaching and preaching, Dan is an avid aviation aficionado. He holds a commercial license with an instrument rating, and is currently studying to be a Certified Flight Instructor. Dan is lovingly known, in the Presentation College world, as their “corporate pilot.”

 Derek Mueller 
 Pastor of Student Ministries

As Pastor of Student Ministries, Derek is responsible for youth and their families grades 6-12.  Derek has been married to his wife, Regan, since 2003.  Together, they have 2 children, Justus and Evelyn.  Prior to being at RCC, Derek was on staff at Crossfire Youth Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin for 6 years working with underprivileged teenagers.  Derek enjoys being outside with his family, going for bike rides, playing in the yard, and grilling out. He likes playing softball and cheering for the Twins.  Most of all, he has a passion for Jesus and loves sharing that passion with teenagers in a way that encourages them to engage with the person of Jesus Christ in a life transforming way.

Pat gives focus and oversight to our worship and directs the Sanctuary Choir and both handbell choirs. She developed our choir school program, which teaches children music skills, a love for singing, and the joy of ministry. Pat earned her Bachelor of Music degree from Westminster Choir College. Pat volunteers in the school district and is active with area Worship & Music Directors.  She enjoys camping, travel, reading and biking. Pat and Ray have two teenage children.
